Where direct or indirect references are made to third-party websites (“hyperlinks”) that lie outside the sphere of responsibility of Landau Media Schweiz AG, liability would arise only where the author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent its use in the case of unlawful content. Landau Media Schweiz AG hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were set, no illegal content was discernible on the pages to be linked. Landau Media Schweiz AG has no influence whatsoever on the current or future design, the content or the authorship of the linked pages. For this reason, Landau Media Schweiz AG hereby expressly distances itself from all content of all linked pages that has been changed after the links were set. This statement applies to all links and references set within our own website and to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by Landau Media Schweiz AG. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, lies solely with the provider of the page to which reference was made, and not with the party who merely refers to the relevant publication by means of links.
